National Institutes of Health - Senior Clinical Associate in Cardiac Surgery at the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute.
Dr. Stone, a board certified cardiac surgeon, joined the Michael E. DeBakey Heart Institute of Wisconsin in 1997 from the Medical College of Georgia where he served as Chief of the Section of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery. Prior to that, Dr. Stone held the position of Assistant Chief of Service of the Department of Cardiac Surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.
